Who We Are

Saving Pets at Risk (SPAR) formed in 2005 in Shawnee, OK. A small group of concerned citizens wanted to make a difference in the ever growing problem of abandoned, neglected & abused pets in Pottawatomie County. Today, our mission is the same; to find permanent homes for as many dogs & cats as possible.
